Paula is a 25 year Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist and a retired NASM Personal Trainer and competitive athlete. She continues to stay current and maintain her State LMT licensure with continuing education in both massage and laser therapy. By combining specific massage techniques, modalities and laser, treatments are focused to quickly reduce your pain, inflammation and increase range of motion .
If you have an injury, arthritis, or just soreness that won't go away, massage and laser therapy can help.
Laser Therapy is about healing. It's not about masking or covering up a condition. When you feel better from this therapy... it's because you are better. Results have been found to be quite long lasting and follow up treatments can be scheduled as needed.
Laser Therapy is especially effective when combined or used in conjunction with other soft tissue treatments. With knowledge and experience of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, a licensed massage therapist can combine laser and massage modalities. Studies* are showing the increased benefits of laser therapy when combined with other soft tissue modalities such as massage, exercise, acupuncture, chiropractic, physical and occupational therapies.

Paula is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, so good at what she does! I have had neck pain for over 20 years. Paula’s laser and massage therapy have been life changing. I now have increased mobility and no pain!
LANN T.,Paula is a five star therapist all the way! She not only gives a great stress relief massage, she is particularly skilled at injury work. I got Patella femoral syndrome in my left knee. Within four hour sessions, Paula was able to facilitate getting my knee back in shape for my long walks. Her specialty training in Neuromuscular, And Active Release Therapy, as well as a strong firm pressure did the trick. Highly recommend for people with active life styles and/or injury repair. Thank you Paula!
S.N., Bend, OregonI was fortunate enough to see Paula when I was in Bend for Thanksgiving this past year. Paula is a highly trained 5 star massage therapist. She has been in practice for many years, and has had great success with advanced soft tissue injuries. I too am a massage therapist who has been in practice over 14 years. When I lived in town Paula was my go to massage therapist! Paula's technique has been shaped from years of work, and continuing education. She has had experience with advanced injuries. I highly recommend Paula. This last visit, my hips and neck were so sore from the long car ride to Bend. She worked out my pain. I was able to enjoy my vacation pain free. She keeps her office clean, and follows all the proper ethics that keep you safe!
Sheila Neumann, Bend, OregonI've been seeing Paula for over a month now regularly, and she has helped ease pain I was having with IT band issues and now a strained ligament, so that I can continue to train for summer races. Her knowledge and understanding of sports and physiology make her a perfect match for any kind of injury or limitations you might be facing -- highly recommended!
Michelle M,I have been a client of Paula's for several years and I think she's the best in town. I have tried other LMT's, but I always come back to Paula. I even promised at my last appointment that I would never see another LMT as long as I live in Bend. She combines the peacefulness of a massage with the sports knowledge to attack a certain problem area that makes you feel relaxed and treated at the same time. Look no further if you want the best!
